The service
Prime Rentals INC. provides taxi rides in Guyana. Rides are arranged by phone, WhatsApp, or the request form on this website. By requesting a ride you agree to these terms.
How booking works
Submitting the form on this site is a ride request, not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed only when we reply to you on WhatsApp or by phone. If you don't hear from us within a reasonable time, please call 638-3642 or 635-8294 directly.
Fares and surcharges
Your fare is quoted before the ride, when we confirm your booking — the price you accept is the price you pay. Surcharges may apply for night rides and Sundays or public holidays; any surcharge is included in the quote we give you, not added afterward.
Payment
Payment is made in the car at the end of your ride — cash, or card where a card machine is available. Nothing is charged through this website, and we never ask for card details online.
Your part
- Give accurate pickup and contact details so the driver can find and reach you.
- If your plans change, let us know as early as you can so the driver isn't dispatched unnecessarily.
- Treat drivers and vehicles with respect. We may decline service where the safety of a driver or passenger is at risk.
Our part
We provide rides with reasonable care and skill, in maintained vehicles, at the fare we quoted. Where a delay or cancellation on our side occurs, we tell you as soon as possible and help you rearrange. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under the laws of Guyana.
Your information
How we handle the details you send us is covered by our Privacy Policy, in line with Guyana's Data Protection Act 2023.
